What is Locai One?
Locai One is Locai Labs’ on-premises AI appliance: AI in a box. Hardware, the Juno models, and Locai OS ship as one unit. It plugs into your existing network. It is small enough for a desk and built for the organisation. You buy it once. There are no per-token bills.
Locai One and Locai One Pro are two editions of the same product: same operating system, same models, same on-premises promise. Specs and ordering are on locailabs.com.
Locai OS is the AI operating system on every Locai One. It includes the Admin Console (the management portal), the Locai App, and OpenAI- and Anthropic-compatible APIs.
The Locai App is Locai Labs’ in-house agent harness: people chat and attach files; developers and coding agents call the same appliance over the API.
Who uses what

You do not install a separate admin application. The Admin Console is served by Locai OS on the office network.
What stays on the premises
Section titled “What stays on the premises”- Chat and model traffic run on this appliance, not on a public AI service.
- People and administrators sign in with accounts on the box, plus an authenticator app. Everything for that sign-in happens on this appliance.
- Access from the internet is off until IT turns it on. Updates, a public certificate, opt-in status reports, or an approved support session are the destinations IT can choose.
